According to the continuous improvement of heat transfer efficiency and welding reliability, reflow welding can be divided into five stages.
The first generation of
Hot plate conduction reflow welding equipment: heat transfer efficiency is the slowest, 5-30w /m2K (heating efficiency is different for different materials), with shadow effect.
The second generation
Infrared thermal radiation reflow welding equipment: the heat transfer efficiency is slow, 5-30w /m2K (the infrared radiation efficiency of different materials is different), there is shadow effect, the color of components has a great impact on heat absorption.
The third generation
Hot air reflow welding equipment: high heat transfer efficiency, 10-50 W/m2K, no shadow effect, color has no effect on heat absorption.
The fourth generation
Gas phase reflow welding system: high heat transfer efficiency, 200-300 W/m2K, no shadow effect, welding process needs up and down movement, poor cooling effect.
The fifth generation
Stable and reliable electrical control system
1.It adopts imported thermostat control which owns fuzzy control and PID intelligent precision control system.It can fast response the changes in external heat and ensure more temperature balanced by PID intelligent operation and automatic control heating .
2. Using thermocouple imported from Taiwan by each temperature zone, it can fast and sensitive induct the changes in each temperature zone, transfer and control timely, compensate the temperature balance in each zone .
3 .Special SSR solid state relay matched with dedicated radiator improve the heat efficiency greatly and prolong the lifetime effectively. No contact output and fuzzy control function by thermostat, can monitoring the changes of outside temperature and calorific value, controlling the heating device by minimum pulse, ensuring the high precision of the temperature control & the uniform temperature in internal
