Smooth and reliable transmission system
1. The conveyor system use STK adjustable speed motor imported from Taiwan matched with the 1:150 turbine reducer can running smooth, speed varies in 0-1200mm/min.
2. Independent roller structure and support and match with accompany stainless mesh belt to make the running smoothly and the speed precision is up to ±20 mm/min .
3. Special stainless steel mesh belt: durable and wear-resistant and long life time.
Stable and reliable electrical control system
1. It adopts imported thermostat control which owns fuzzy logic and PID close loop control. It can fast response to temperature changes and ensure more temperature balanced by PID intelligent operation and automatic control heating .
2. Using Fanda thermocouple imported from Taiwan to each temperature zone ,it can fast and sensitive induct the changes in each temperature zone ,response and control timely ,compensate the temperature balance in each zone .
3. Special SSR solid state relay matched with dedicated heat dissipating block improve the heat efficiency greatly and prolong the lifetime effectively .Non-contact output and fuzzy control function by thermostat ,can monitoring the changes in the zone temperature, controlling the heating device by minimum pulse ,ensuring the high precision of the temperature control & the uniform temperature distribution. The length ,direction ,temperature distribution ,all of these meet IPC standards .
Influence process factor
In SMT reflow welding process, the main reasons for uneven heating of components are: the difference of heat capacity or heat absorption of reflow welding components, the influence of conveyor belt or heater edge, and the load of reflow welding products.
1. Generally, PLCC and QFP have larger heat capacity than a discrete chip element, and it is more difficult to weld large area elements than small ones.
2. In the reflow welding furnace, the conveyor belt turns into a heat dissipation system when the reflow welding is carried out on the transmitted products. In addition, the heat dissipation conditions are different at the edges of the heating part and the center.
3. Different effects of product loading.Reflow soldering temperature curves should be adjusted to allow for good repeatability under no load, load and different load factors.Load factor is defined as: LF=L/(L+S);Where L= length of assembling substrate, S= interval of assembling substrate.
To get good repeatability in reflow welding process, the larger the load factor, the more difficult it is.Usually, the maximum load factor range of reflow furnace is 0.5~0.9.This depends on the product (component welding density, different substrate) and the type of reflow furnace.Practical experience is important for good welding results and repeatability
