 Visual alignment, MARK correction

Based on the image information read by the camera, the XYZ movement required for positioning is automatically calculated, and then the XYZ correction of the workpiece is realized by controlling the movement of a three-axis platform (or four-axis platform), so as to achieve the purpose of accurate alignment.
