Operation Process of Patch Machine

A.  To understand the common marking of placement machines

 Fully understand the significance and role of these placement machine marking, thus play a warning role, after fully understanding the placement machine can be more safe to use the placement machine. Also check if the machine air pressure reaches 5 KG..

B.  Turn on the patch power

1) Turn on the air conditioning switch, set the temperature 20℃-26℃;

2)  turn on the machine total power and place the switch at "ON".

C.  Check the environment around the placement machine

1)  Check for obstructions around the shaft and remove them in time;

2) When feeding, pay attention to whether the feeder cover is fastened or not to prevent the feeder cover from rising.

D.  Setup

1)  turn on the power supply of the placement machine, the switch is placed at "ON" place;

2) Turn on the screen display device power (green switch), at this time the machine requires ZERO SETTTNG, to press the START key, the machine's XY axis will return to the original position of each, the machine has been in the state of return to zero, waiting to start production.

E.  Set the working state of the placement machine

1)  Data preparation procedures;

2)  Touch PROGRAMcorresponding F4 button so that the screen will be displayed PROGRAM the menu

3)  Pressing the CHANGEscreen corresponding to the F1 key will display the stored program in the machine, and select the production program through the digital key;

4)  Select the production mode, after selecting the production program, press RETURN, corresponding F6 key, until the screen main menu, this time press AUTO corresponding F1 key, screen display submenu SO.. NO RETURN START. PB press MODE corresponding F5 key until "MODE;" the corresponding PROD. at the bottom left of the screen

F.  Check that the patch suction is not good

 When cleaning the suction nozzle, check whether the CENTERBRIGHT of the suction nozzle is OK.. Press SET corresponding F5 key in the main menu, appear SET sub-course STATUSMANUALPROGRAMPROPERSERVOPSTIONRETURV press the corresponding F3 key, appear CAMERASCALECENTERBRIGHTRETURN.. Press CENTER corresponding F4 key, machine prompt PUSHSTART press the START key, the machine can test the center of the NOZZLE, the same testable BRIGHT..

G.  Patch production process

1)  Set the SET/STATUS/RECOVERY to E.STOP, production in this state, observe the operation of the feeder, and replace and repair the feeder. as needed Set the RECOVERY to AUTO. after the feeder is found to be running properly

2)  Screen printing tin paste;

①  Screen printing mold adjustment to ensure that the printed solder paste is not defective;

②  check PCB circuit board for defects, for deformation, no MARK point or MARK point irregular circuit board, non-print tin paste ,(returned to warehouse);

③  Check the tin paste for welding, printing bad, or other bad conditions, should clean the PCB board, with alcohol cleaning with the air gun blow dry, and then baking re-printing paste.

3)  Patch machine Fida loading

①  Return the TABLE used on the D board to both sides when feeding;

②  Take off the feeder( feeder from the D shaft carefully and feed as required.

③  Put the feeder flat on the D axis after good material, should not warp;

④  feeder should be exposed on each feeding material, easy to absorb suction mouth, and check D-DATA, no feeding errors;

⑤  To check feeder loose, abnormal, if bad, repair and maintenance feeder; immediately

⑥ Should there be a TAPY Feeder alarm, must carefully check whether there is a feeder cover with or without warp.

⑦  place the PCB board on the machine transport track in the required direction, and require no more than 5 boards on PCB machine track (including one of the X Y TABLE).

4)  Outboard

 remove the pasted PCB board from the placement machine guide in time and be sensed by the sensor.

5)  Repair boards

 QC employee shall correct all defects (e.g.: shift, dewelding, component misleakage, etc.) on the pasted PCB board according to the operation drawings, and put the corrected PCB board into the plug-in box.

6)  Note: If the following anomalies exist, they should be immediately reported to the technical staff for correction.

①  The whole or partial displacement of the element;

②  The missing parts, component skew etc.

③  Check that directional patch elements are in the right direction, such as Triode, ICs, BGA, varactors and executives.

H.  Shutdown

1)  Press the ENGERNCY key, then press the shutdown key on the operating board;

2)  Press the key POWER OFF opening under the machine screen and then put the main power switch on the OFF;.

3) Turn off the air conditioning switch;

4) OFF". the main power switch
