Process
The reflow welding process of surface-mount plates is complicated, which can be divided into two types: single-side mount and double-side mount.
Single face pasted on
Pre-coating paste → patch (manual mounting and automatic mounting) → reflow welding → inspection and electrical testing.
Double-sided inf
Surface A pre-coating paste → patch (manual mounting and machine automatic mounting) → reflow soldering → surface B pre-coating paste → patch (manual mounting and machine automatic mounting) → reflow soldering → inspection and electrical testing.
Stable and reliable electrical control system
1. It adopts imported thermostat control which owns fuzzy logic and PID close loop control. It can fast response to temperature changes and ensure more temperature balanced by PID intelligent operation and automatic control heating .
2. Using Fanda thermocouple imported from Taiwan to each temperature zone ,it can fast and sensitive induct the changes in each temperature zone ,response and control timely ,compensate the temperature balance in each zone .
3. Special SSR solid state relay matched with dedicated heat dissipating block improve the heat efficiency greatly and prolong the lifetime effectively .Non-contact output and fuzzy control function by thermostat ,can monitoring the changes in the zone temperature, controlling the heating device by minimum pulse ,ensuring the high precision of the temperature control & the uniform temperature distribution. The length ,direction ,temperature distribution ,all of these meet IPC standards .
4. Heat energy is abundant, heat up fast, it’s only need 20 minutes from room temperature to set-point temperature.
5 .Failure diagnosis, visual & audio alarm.
6. Delay shutdown protection function, uniform cooling after the shutdown: prevent hardware from thermal damage.
