What are the advantages of reflow soldering?
(1) the reflow welding technology does not need to immerse the printed circuit board into the molten solder, but USES local heating to complete the welding task;Therefore, the components that are welded are subjected to small thermal shock and will not be damaged by overheating.
(2) in the welding technology, only solder is needed to be placed in the welding site and local heating is required to complete the welding, so welding defects such as bridge are avoided.
(3) in reflow welding technology, the solder is only used for secondary purposes, and there is no re-use. Therefore, the solder is very clean and free of impurities, ensuring the quality of the solder joint.
