Indoor LED display should pay attention to ventilation and dehumidification
For indoor displays, proper ventilation is the first thing. Moderate ventilation can help the water vapor attached to the display quickly evaporate, reducing the relative humidity in the indoor environment. However, avoid ventilating in some wind-free and humid air, which will increase the indoor humidity. Secondly, place desiccants in the room and use physical moisture absorption to reduce the moisture in the air; or open the air conditioner for dehumidification. If air-conditioning is installed in the installed space, the air-conditioner can be dehumidified by wet weather.
Outdoor LED display focuses on waterproof
The outdoor LED display itself is in a more complex environment than indoor ones. The moisture proof method can be used indoors. However, the outdoor screen must not only consider the problem of wetness, but also be used for routine maintenance such as waterproofing, especially during the rainy season. The sealed installation can help the display to reduce the risk of water ingress. Regular cleaning of the inside and outside of the display screen can also help the display to dissipate heat and reduce the adhesion of water vapor.
High-temperature and high-humidity LED displays need to be turned on and off frequently
Finally, whether it is an indoor screen or an outdoor screen, the most effective way to prevent moisture from damaging the display function is to use it frequently. The working status display itself generates some heat and can evaporate some water vapor, which greatly reduces the The possibility of short circuits due to moisture. Therefore, the display screens that are often used have much less influence on the humidity of the display screens that are not commonly used. Insiders suggested that during the rainy season, the LED screen display should be used at least once a week or more, and the screen should be turned on at least once a month for at least 2 hours. In addition to the installed LED display, it is necessary to pay attention to waterproof and moisture in the rainy season. The contractor and the channel manufacturer must also understand how the LED display is treated in the warehouse.
The correct treatment method of the LED display screen body water:
1, with the fastest speed with a fan or other tools, the water LED display screen body completely blow dry.
2. After the board is fully blown dry, it is electrified and burned. The specific steps are as follows:
a. Adjust the brightness (all white) to 10% and energize it for 8-12 hours.
b. The brightness (all white) is adjusted to 30% and the electricity is aged for 12 hours.
c. The brightness (all white) is adjusted to 60% and the power is aged for 12-24 hours.
d. The brightness (all white) is adjusted to 80% and the power is aged for 12-24 hours.
e. The brightness (all white) is adjusted to 100% and the power is aged for 8-12 hours.
After completing the above steps, the LED display screen body will basically return to normal; however, the following points need to be noted during the processing:
1. Do not put the LED display screen that has been in the water into the air box. It is very easy to stuff the LED lights.
2. When entering the water in the warehouse, the air box may have to be flooded, and all air boxes should be exposed to sunlight to prevent the moisture from evaporating into the LED display after the box is installed.
3. All the influent LED display screens may not affect the stability of the screen body more or less. In the process of emergency processing, the phenomenon of continuous lamp death may occur after the screen body is electrified.
